Why Polyurethane?

Performed high density rigid foam has characteristics that are very similar to white pine.   Poly Pro millwork and mouldings offer density and hardness that performs and feels like real wood.  The usage of polyurethane foam moulding and millwork products is widely accepted in the building industry and is rapidly becoming the material of choice for many applications, especially outdoors.

Poly Pro products have extremely good dimensional stability and won’t shrink and expand like normal wood products do.  You can be assured that your millwork will be as stable as possible.

Poly Pro millwork is particularly beneficial for exterior applications.  It will not decay and is very resistant to any insect infestation.  Our production processes ensure a high UV barrier to resist the damage caused by the sun.  Apply a good quality exterior finish coat and enjoy a long lasting, low maintenance product.

Poly Pro millwork saws like real wood and cuts cleanly for miter joints and can be applied with all normal mechanical fasteners and construction adhesives.  It is lightweight and easy to handle and installs just like wood.  In the event Poly Pro millwork ever gets damaged, you can easily repair it with non-solvent wood fiber products.  Poly Pro mouldings and millwork is also cost efficient.  Polyurethane lasts longer than wood and costs less than most architectural millwork.  The more detailed and intricate the design the more the cost savings will be.  If you are looking for an alternative to wood products, Poly Pro millwork is your best option.
